Beneteau USA Announces 2003 Rendezvous Schedule

Charleston, SC - Beneteau USA will host 12 owner Rendezvous events across the US
and Canada this year along with the support of their strong dealer, owner and sponsor
network. Each event will last approximately two to three days and features educational
seminars, on-the-water activities, theme parties, and lots of owner camaraderie.
"Rendezvous" are a great way for us to provide our owners with a unique, relaxed
setting in which they can meet other owners, learn more about their boats and exchange
creative ideas", said Rachel Sweeney, Marketing Director.

This year's events will kick-off on May 30th and are planned through the fall at
enticing locations such as St. Michaels, Catalina Island, Vancouver, and Nantucket
Island. A record breaking 100 boats are expected this year at the St. Michaels event
alone!

"We expect a very big crowd this year- we have a really strong Chesapeake Bay
Owner's Association (CB 2 ) and they are doing a terrific job promoting the event. I'm
looking forward to hosting the biggest-ever Beneteau Rendezvous!" said Garth Hichens,
owner of Annapolis Yacht Sales.

And it's the owners that make these events so special. Special friendships are
formed and unique relationships are created. Beneteau owners enjoy sharing the same
passions together by learning new sail trim techniques, rigging tips, and participating in
fun regattas, flotillas and even blind dingy races!

And what's a Rendezvous without lots of free prizes? Grand prizes can be
expected from this year's sponsors Lewmar and Raymarine. Beneteau owners will
get some snazzy gifts from Neil Pryde Sails, Autoprop and Fraley Sailing.
